Disclosure of Personal Information to a Third Party We will not disclose Personal Information compiled in our database to a third party without obtaining the data subject's prior consent, except where otherwise permissible under this privacy policy and the Law. 6. Opt Out If a data subject requests that we stop providing personal information to our member firms and as stated in 3(v) above, we will stop the distribution of the information immediately. 7.
