We, the Labor Practice Group, provide advice on the setting up of legitimate and proper employment policy and labor practice from recruitment/ employment to retirement/ dismissal, on reasonable and speedy settlement of individual disputes involving dismissal and wage, and on successful personnel reduction in respect of business reorganization and corporate merger, from the practical viewpoint based on the great deal of knowledge of court precedents and the wealth of practical experience. We also offer advice on and prepare work rules, employment contracts and constraint documents that comply with laws and are culturally acceptable, with due consideration of the actual business needs. We represent in labor tribunal, suits for provisionary disposition order and suits on merit with regard to individual labor disputes. Moreover, we act on industrial actions by and collective bargaining with unions, where necessary. We work with clients in various industrial sectors, from banking, distribution, manufacturing and technology, to embassies. Especially as our group’s clients include several companies with foreign capital, we give advice with consciousness of the foreign legal system.
