Yasuhisa focuses his practice in the areas of project finance, general banking, and structured finance. Yasuhisa has worked on MBO finance, PFI, stock option plans, securities disclosure matters, finance and operation lease. Yasuhisa worked at the Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank, Limited from 1993 to 1999. Yasuhisa is a member of the Tokyo Bar Association. Yasuhisa received his LL.B. from Keio University in 1993, and LL.M. from Boston University in 2007. He also studied at the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court.
