Toshio focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and individual income tax law. Prior to joining our firm, Toshio worked at Coopers & Lybrand LLP. He is a member of the Tokyo Certified Public Tax Accountants’ Association. Toshio received a B.A. degree from Rikkyo University in 1983.
