| Seishi has engaged in many share and convertible bonds issuance and offering transactions, both at the domestic and international level. Seishi has handled domestic listing matters, disclosures, TOB rules, insider trading, IPOs by Japanese companies with global offerings, structured finance involving trust and real estate, and merger and acquisitions. In addition, Seishi is skilled in handling securities-related litigation matters, which poses various disclosure and compliance issues involving the listed company and its directors. |

| Seishi received a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Law in 1991. From 1992 to 1994, he attended the Legal Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court. He attended Emory University School of Law from 1999 to 2000, where he received his LL.M. Seishi is admitted as an attorney at law in Japan (1994) and in New York State (2001). He is fluent in English. |
