Hiraku focuses his practice on general corporate law. Hiraku is a member of the Tokyo Bar Association. Hiraku graduated from Kyoto University with an LL.B in 2006, and the University of Tokyo Graduate Schools for Law and Politics with a J.D. in 2008. Hiraku was admitted as an attorney in Japan in 2009.
