Haig has represented domestic and international clients in the fields of international dispute resolution and commercial arbitration. His arbitration practice is enriched by both his experience in government, serving as a diplomat at the Canadian Embassy in Japan, and his extensive corporate commercial background. He also has extensive experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and licensing and distribution agreements.
He is recognized by the Chamberfs Partners Global Guide 2007 for Dispute Resolution in Asia; Asia-Pacific Legal 500 (2007) for Dispute Resolution in Japan, and by Euromoney Expert Guides for Commercial Arbitration.
